barebacktraining.com (“BarebackTraining”) is an adult-content discovery and referral website. BarebackTraining does not upload, produce, reproduce, host, store, sell, or directly distribute the underlying visual depictions accessible through third-party embeds or links.
BarebackTraining may display embedded third-party players, hyperlinks, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, categories, and search results that direct users to content made available and controlled by independent third-party websites, studios, producers, account holders, licensors, or other content providers (“Third-Party Providers”).

To the extent applicable, content accessible through BarebackTraining may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not depict conduct covered by those provisions, was created before the applicable statutory dates, and/or because BarebackTraining does not act as a “producer” as defined by applicable law. This statement applies only where an exemption is factually and legally applicable.
